Breathable insulated lime rendering for a traditional Suffolk property.

This project involved upgrading a solid brick property with an external wall insulation system before applying a breathable lime render finish. The work improves thermal performance while allowing the building to breathe naturally, helping to reduce heat loss and protect the original masonry.

From preparing the brickwork and installing the insulation boards, through reinforcement and scratch coats to the finished lime render, every stage was completed with care to produce a durable, traditional finish that complements the character of the property.
